Gaurav & Nidhi are passionate balloon artists operating from a Sector 17 store front. All 7 days a week till midnight, they are busy sending the clients wishes packed in balloon bouquets from their store. While Gaurav was busy directing his team in planning a decor of his clients party that was suppose to be in Park Plaza, we had a short chat with the owner. When did you start this venture? We have been in the market from past 7 years.. For approximately many parties have you done the decor for? We are about to complete a figure of around 500 soon. How much is the strength of the team as of now? We are about 12-13 people who are in the team and everybody has his or her own set of expertise. How much is the minimum expense of the party that you organize for your clients? Our decor starts from 10-12000 rupees and then limit of the expense depends upon the clients need and budget… What’s your strength in this competitive market? Our dedication, our creativity & most important is the delivery of a fantabulous décor for the client has always been our strength. We always make sure that our clients are satisfied and should be delighted when we work for them. It’s always been a utmost priority for everyone of us in the team. What’s the projection for the future? We would certainly expand soon; let’s say somewhere 2-3 years down the line. We do have queries for a franchise from few cities in Punjab & Haryana however the focus is not that side. We have been consistently giving flawless results in our clientele and once we plan for a franchisee level of expansion, we shall certainly go for it. What do you think Balloonz world has different in its working than others? See, everyone works hard to make their customer satisfied and delighted. We are in such a trade where creativity at its best is very important. We at Balloonz world, have one pointed agenda and that Customer’s Satisfaction. We do not compel our clients to accept any kind of décor that we like. We understand clients need; we understand their feel and excitement about their occasion and most important their budgets. We are glad when we give the best of the results according to the clients thinking. This has always helped us being on the top of the chart.
